The Corippo Foundation, with the restoration of the Mill, in addition to the possibility to make people discover this jewel of technology of our agricultural past, wants to promote its historical value, the importance of preservation, the enhancement of local products with the possibility of the direct sale of corn flour, milled during on site, and to enhance it in the gastronomy of the Osteria dell’Albergo Diffuso.
